Lionheart welcomes children ages 6 weeks-12 years.

Lionheart’s hours vary by location, but they are typically 6 or 6:30 am to 6:30pm. Check with an individual location for their specific hours.

Yes, we offer full and part-time options for our Early Preschool through PreK programs. (Infant and Toddlers programs are full-time only.) We also offer afterschool, school break and summer options for school-aged kids through our Trailblazers program.

Costs vary by location, age of child, and number of hours they attend. Please contact the academy nearest you for more detailed information.

No, we don’t require uniforms for any age of children. When you register, your child will receive a ROAR shirt that students at some Academies like to wear on Wednesdays for ROAR Time, our special worship time. Trailblazer students will also receive t-shirts to wear on fieldtrips.

  • 2 extra sets of clothing
  • 2 drinking cups/bottles with lids
  • Formula or breast milk for entirety of the day for infants
  • Wipes and diapers if not toilet trained
  • Other items such as nap mats and lovies are based on your academy’s setup. We will discuss these items with you prior to your child’s first day.

For safety reasons, students can only be picked up by authorized pickups. Parents set authorized pickups during registration.

This is dependent on the local governing authorities. Contact the academy nearest you to ask about your area’s requirements.

Lunch and snacks are included at no extra charge at a majority of our Academies. Please contact the academy nearest you for more information.

Lionheart is a peanut free academy and requires all children with allergies to provide doctor plans on how we are to provide safe care for the child. Each academy is different in what they can do with meals. For detailed information about ways to ensure your child’s safety in the classroom, please contact the academy nearest you.

Each day will include a mix of play time, circle time, learning centers, outdoor time, lunch and snacks, and naps/rest time (if age appropriate). We’d love to schedule a tour for you to see a day in the life!

Teachers guide children in age-appropriate developmental and educational activities. You can see what activities they are doing and what developmental areas those address in real time on our Daily Connect App. We have twice-yearly parent-teacher conferences to discuss your child’s development; however, teachers will inform you throughout the year of any observations they have around your child’s development.

We welcome outside therapists to continue their work with your child throughout the day. Therapists will need to provide a schedule for academy leadership and your child’s teacher and will need to sign-in and out of the academy upon arrival. Please contact the academy nearest you with any additional questions.

We focus on the whole child and want to help your child develop physically, emotionally, educationally, and spiritually. We introduced the Experience Early Learning curriculum in the Spring of 2023 to further our goals of creating a lifetime love of learning. The curriculum fits into our key pillars of helping children know: I am safe. I belong. I engage. I am ready.

We use the Daily Connect App to provide you with updated photos and videos of your child’s day in the classroom. You can also send messages to your child’s teacher through the app, and they will be able to respond to you (keeping in mind they are also caring for a classroom of children).

Of course! All our academies have a dedicated space for nursing mothers. Please inform your academy leadership and your child’s teacher what times you will be coming so they can partner to have your child ready for you.

Our Trailblazer Program is for school-age (elementary) children. We offer programs before and after school and on school breaks. Learn more about our Trailblazers program!

Yes! We have brand-new, state-of-the art buses to transport children to and from local elementary schools. Our buses feature high-back seats with three-point lap and shoulder belts, a backup camera system, three emergency exits, and an upgraded braking system.
