The Texas Education Freedom Accounts (TEFA) program provides families with state-funded accounts that can be used to pay for approved education expenses—including private school tuition.

Who is Eligible?

TEFA is available to Texas families with school-age children, including those entering preschool, Pre-K, and beyond.

All eligible families may apply, though priority may be applied if demand exceeds available funding.
